I am a Medical Doctor with a strong passion for Emergency Medicine, currently based in the United Kingdom.

I am Ayilola Ayotomiwa Elisha, fondly known as Ayilola of Nigeria. I am a  Medical Doctor  with a strong passion for Emergency Medicine, currently based in the United Kingdom. My journey is deeply rooted in Nigerian soil. I hail from Ijero-Ekiti in Ekiti State, yet my foundation was built in Okitipupa, Ondo State, where I was born and raised.

From a young age, I was drawn to the service of humanity, a conviction that shaped my choice of medicine as a career. My upbringing instilled in me the value of community, resilience, and compassion—principles I carry into my professional life and advocacy for a better Nigeria.
I am more than just a medical practitioner; I am a passionate Nigerian patriot, devoted to the cause of national growth, youth empowerment, and collective progress.

I strongly believe that Nigeria has all it takes to rise above its challenges and thrive, provided we embrace values-driven leadership and genuine service to humanity.

My Mission

My mission is clear: to serve humanity through medicine and advocacy, and to be a voice that inspires hope and action towards a better Nigeria. I have chosen to use my skills, influence, and voice to uplift others, provide solutions where possible, and stand with those in need.

My Vision for Nigeria

I envision a Nigeria where:

  • Health care is accessible, affordable, and world-class.
  • Youth are empowered with opportunities, knowledge, and the right platforms to thrive.
  • Tribalism, corruption, and injustice are replaced with unity, fairness, and integrity.
  • Every Nigerian be it rich or poor, can proudly call their country home.
I am currently embarking on a transformational project  aimed at training at least 50,000 Nigerians in Basic Life Support (BLS).

The goal of this initiative is to ensure that the average Nigerian possesses essential lifesaving skills, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in critical emergencies—whether at home, on the road, in schools, workplaces, or public spaces—before professional medical help or an ambulance arrives.

This project is built on the belief that every second counts in an emergency, and that empowering citizens with Basic Life Support skills such as CPR, airway management, and immediate response techniques can be the difference between life and death.
Beyond training, the initiative seeks to:

  • Raise awareness about the importance of emergency preparedness in our communities.
  • Build a culture of responsibility where every Nigerian understands that they can play a role in saving lives.
  • Reduce preventable deaths caused by delayed intervention in common emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, accidents, drowning, and respiratory distress.

By reaching 50,000 Nigerians, we are not only creating first responders within our neighborhoods, but also laying the foundation for a resilient, health-conscious nation where lives are valued and protected. This is more than a training project—it is a movement of hope, empowerment, and collective responsibility for a better Nigeria.
